Indulge in our Gnocchi alla Quebechese combines the comfort of classic Italian pasta with a unique twist, reflecting local influences and rich flavors.or savor the Grilled Octopus from the Canary Islands, paired with chickpeas and roasted peppers for a burst of flavor. Each dish, from our creamy Scaloppine con Crema di Tartufo e Porcini
made with delicate Quebec milk-fed veal scaloppine served in a velvety truffle and porcini mushroom cream sauce or the Ossobuco di Vitello alla Milanese , where the tender meat falls off the bone, creates an experience that celebrates the heart of Italian cuisine, ensuring every bite is a celebration of flavor and tradition.
